Ocean Reef Club recognizes that Associate benefits play a vital role in helping ensure the health and financial security of Associates and their families.

Eligibility
You and your dependents are eligible for benefits if you are classified as a regular full-time Associate. You may cover your spouse, your unmarried dependent children younger than 19 years of age and any unmarried children age 19-25 if they are a full-time student or incapable of self support. New Associates must successfully complete 90 days of employment with Ocean Reef Club in order to be eligible for benefits the 1st day of the following month.

Enrollment
Your initial enrollment period takes place when you have completed 90 days of service with Ocean Reef Club. Thereafter, you may only make changes to your benefits choices during open enrollment each year, or when you have a family status change, such as marriage, birth or divorce.
