You—as an Ocean Reef Club Associate—are expected to give 100%, be punctual, be respectful of others and have fun! Associates typically work 30 to 40 hours a week.

Hours may vary depending on staffing needs and business levels. Meeting the needs of our members and guests may require you to work morning and/or evenings and some split shifts. Your appearance at work is a part of the impression we make on our members and guests and so it is important to us.

Most importantly, we strive to maintain a drug-free work place. A safe work environment is very important to the Club. All applicants being considered for employment will be required to take a pre-employment drug test. A criminal background check will also be done for all applicants being considered.
