GOLF FORMAT   4-player Scramble
All players will hit a tee shot and select the preferred shot. Players then hit their second shot from that chosen position, continuing this format until the ball is holed. Players are reminded not to make tap-ins until all players have attempted the putt. Once the ball is holed, the hole is complete.

Players may place their ball within one club length of the chosen spot, no closer to the hole. If the chosen spot is in the rough, hazard, bunker, etc., the ball must remain within that same condition. Once on the green, the ball may be placed within two inches of the chosen spot, no closer to the hole.

HANDICAP
A team handicap will be established from the handicap of all players. 20% of Player A, 15% of Player B, 10 % of Player C and 5% of Player D.

SCORING SYSTEM
The team that posts the lowest net score will set the benchmark by which teams earn points. For example, if a net 66 is the low round, that team receives 500 points for that score. The next low score will be awarded 450 points, and the next lowest 400 points, etc. In addition to the sliding scale system of scoring, additional points will be awarded as follows:

10 points for each gross Birdie
25 points for each gross Eagle
100 points for a Double Eagle or Hole-In-One

TIES
Will be broken by match of cards. Back nine score, then if still tied, hole by hole from 18. Tees: Men play from White Tees and Women play from Red Tees.

PROXIMITIES
Closest to the pin on holes #2 and #12

FISHING SCORING
There will be a sliding scale for fishing. The team with the most sailfish released will receive 500 points. 450 points for the second most, 400 points for the third most, etc. In addition, bonus points will be awarded as follows:

25 points for Dolphin, Wahoo, Kingfish and Tuna (max three per species)
              500 points for a Marlin

TIES
Will be broken by time of landing your fish. Awards: Prizes will be awarded to the top three teams in the Golf and Fishing competitions, and to the top team overall.
