You’re only as strong as your weakest link, so focus on stimulating the muscle, not annihilating.
My Philosophy: The most important relationship you will EVER have is the one you have with YOURSELF. The beliefs you have about yourself will lead to your thoughts which leads you to feel emotions which in turn leads to your actions. If you want to have better actions, then we need to work on feeling better emotionally! I always advice to start with the body as the body improves the mind in a way that the mind cannot improve the body. The body is truly the lens you view the world through; it is the “filter” that all things pass through. If you have a dirty “filter”, everything that comes out the other side is going to be dirty as well. But, if you have a high-quality “filter”, you will find that you are able to tolerate your day to day struggles more easily, have less anxiety, more emotional resilience and mood regulation. You’ll have reduced stress levels, and more self-confidence which will lead to you feeling better about yourself which in turn leads to better actions and a better future.
